We accept major credit cards and Paypal. If you need an alternate method for paying, ask your STD counselor about our payment plan.

 

Payment is due at the time your test is setup. We understand that unexpected events occur, so all tests may be rescheduled for up to 30 days from the original appointment. However, once the test requisitions have been sent to the laboratory, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled tests.

 

If you have any questions at all regarding our cancellation policy, please be sure to ask your counselor about it prior to scheduling your test.
