Need to reschedule? No problem! Want to use a different laboratory? No problem!
We understand that unexpected events occur, so all tests may be rescheduled for up to 90 days from the original appointment. Tests may also be cancelled within 72 hours, but a 33% cancellation fee will apply. If you need to cancel after 72 hours, all funds already paid will be applied towards future testing.
